Low Fat Throw Together Meal
|Potatoes||2 Small, chopped (Couple Of Required)|
|Canned diced tomatoes and green chilies||5 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green peppers||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Picante sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Cover with water; bring to boil and cook until tender.
Season with garlic, pepper and whatever spices you like.
For additional vegetable bulk, add whatever is leftover in refrigerator (i.e.rice, green beans, peas, macaroni).
Fix a salad and you have a very low-fat meal
