|Cabbage||1 Medium, shredded|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Place cabbage in a saucepan with butter, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Cook until tender.
Add 2 3/4 cups milk, bring to boil.
Stir in cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup of milk.
Pour into a casserole, top with cheese.
Bake at 350-375° until cheese browns.
