Shredded Red Cabbage

Ingredients
  Red cabbage head 2 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 2 Tablespoon (Rind Of 1 Orange)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Remove any bruised outer leaves of cabbage.
Cut cabbage in quarters and shred it into a bowl.
Melt butter in large saucepan on high heat.
Add cabbage and chicken stock.
Cover with lid.
Cook on high heat until steamed almost tender 15-20 minutes.
Add wine, sugar, orange rind, salt, and pepper.
Continue cooking on low heat 10-20 minutes.
