  Beef extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Cabbage 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), shredded
Directions

Blend and heat fat, beef extract, and salt in skillet.
Add cabbage.
Cover tightly and cook over very low heat until tender, about 10 min.
