  Potatoes 6 Medium
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green cabbage head 1 Medium
  Butter/Margarine 5 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon

1. In 4-quart saucepan over high heat, heat potatoes and enough water to cover to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender.
2. Meanwhile, discard tough outer leaves from cabbage; carefully remove 4 large leaves and reserve. Chop remaining cabbage. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook chopped cabbage and onion, stirring occasionally, until very tender, about 25 minutes.
3. When potatoes are done, drain and peel. In large bowl with mixer at low speed, beat potatoes, milk, salt, and pepper until light and fluffy. With rubber spatula, fold in cabbage mixture.
