Ingredients
  Beets 2 (Cooked Al Dente)
  Red cabbage 125 Milliliter, grated (1/2 Cup)
  Red wine 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), finley sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Cut beets into small sticks.
–  In a bowl, combine red cabbage and wine. Season with salt and pepper.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and saute garlic, then add beets and cabbage.
–  Stir mixture. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
