Ingredients
  Red cabbage 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped (375 ml)
  Sugar 5 Tablespoon (75 ml)
  Vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 tbsp)
  Red wine 60 Milliliter (1/4 cup)
Directions

–  In a stove-top casserole or heavy iron saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about
30 minutes. Let stand to cool, then refrigerate.
