Follow the directions for a tasty, excellent and filling Red Cabbage Marmalade. This Red Cabbage Marmalade was a super hit all over the place.Serve it in an attractive plate and it is more than perfect!
|Red cabbage||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped (375 ml)|
|Sugar||5 Tablespoon (75 ml)|
|Vinegar||30 Milliliter (2 tbsp)|
|Red wine||60 Milliliter (1/4 cup)|
– In a stove-top casserole or heavy iron saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about
30 minutes. Let stand to cool, then refrigerate.
