Ingredients
  Chinese cabbage 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), sliced
  Chopped dried hot red pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken broth 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Chop cabbage into 3" x 1/2" pieces; set aside.
Heat oil in a wok over high heat 30 seconds.
Stir-fry garlic and red pepper until garlic is golden, 30 seconds.
Add chopped cabbage and salt.
Stir-fry 1 minute.
Add vinegar, sugar and chicken broth.
Stir-fry 5 minutes.
