Cabbage And Ham Hash
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded carrot||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Fully cooked ham||12 Ounce, chopped|
|Chopped cooked potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
In a 10 inch skillet cook onion, cabbage, and carrot in hot margarine till vegetables are tender.
Stir in ham, potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper.
Spread mixture evenly in skillet.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, turning occasionally with spatula.
