Smothered Cabbage

Smothered Cabbage has a luscious taste. Smothered Cabbage gets its taste from cabbage mixed with ham and garnished with pepper. Smothered Cabbage is inspired by many food joints worldwide.
Ingredients
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Cabbage 1 Pound
  Ham 1 Pound, sliced
  Salt and pepper 1
  Onion 1 Large, minced
Directions

Melt the fat.
Place the ham in the fat and let it fry until brown.
Add the minced onion and stir well for 5 minutes.
Wash the cabbage and cut it in thin slices.
Put in the pot with the ham and add 1/2 cup cold water.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and let cook 20 minutes.
