Steamed Cabbage

Steamed Cabbage has a great taste. Steamed Cabbage gets its taste from cabbage mixed with bacon and garnished with salt or pepper. Steamed Cabbage is inspired by many food chains all around the world.
Ingredients
  Cabbage 1 Pound
  Bacon slices 4
  Melted butter 1
  Salt and pepper 1
Directions

Remove the hard core from a 3 pound cabbage.
Cut the cabbage in quarters.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each quarter and place in a colander.
Place the colander over a large pot so that the cabbage can steam.
Put 1 quart water in the pot and steam for 30 minutes.
Pour melted butter over the cabbage, salt and pepper, and serve.
