|Green cabbage head||1 Large|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese/Swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
Remove 12 to 14 large outer leaves from cabbage and cut off some of the thick rib.
Cover with boiling water to soften.
Heat milk and pour over crumbs.
Mix in eggs, cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg thoroughly.
Put a heaping tablespoon of the mixture on each.
