Red Cabbage With Red Wine Vinegar

Ingredients
  Red cabbage 1⁄2 Medium
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chives 6
  Reduced fat double cream 1 Tablespoon
  Natural low fat yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, used for garnish
Directions

Place cabbage in a saucepan with 3cm of boiling water.
Add the vinegar, caraway seeds and nutmeg.
Cover and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Drain well, toss with chives.
