Boiled Red Cabbage

Ingredients
  Red cabbage head 3
  Chicken soup stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bay leaves 2 , crushed
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter stick 1⁄2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Chop up the red cabbage, being careful to remove the cores.
Place in a kettle, and add the remaining ingredients.
Simmer this for 1 hour or longer, or until the cabbage is sweet and tender.
