Sweet And Sour Pineapple Cabbage

Ingredients
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 60 Milliliter (About 0.25 Cup)
  Chopped ginger 5 Milliliter (About 1 Teaspoon)
  Onion 1 Medium, cut into eighths
  Red peppers 2 , shredded
  Cabbage 1 Pound, shredded (About 450 Gram)
  Sugar/Sugar substitute 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  White vinegar 45 Milliliter (About 3 Tablespoon)
  Salt reduced soy sauce 15 Milliliter, reduced (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Stock 60 Milliliter (About 0.25 Cup)
Directions

1 Heat pineapple juice in a non-stick pan. Add ginger, onion and red peppers, and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add cabbage and cook covered 2 minutes. Stir in sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
2 Blend cornstarch with stock. Stir in to thicken.
