Sweet And Sour Pineapple Cabbage

|Unsweetened pineapple juice||60 Milliliter (About 0.25 Cup)|
|Chopped ginger||5 Milliliter (About 1 Teaspoon)|
|Onion||1 Medium, cut into eighths|
|Red peppers||2 , shredded|
|Cabbage||1 Pound, shredded (About 450 Gram)|
|Sugar/Sugar substitute||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|White vinegar||45 Milliliter (About 3 Tablespoon)|
|Salt reduced soy sauce||15 Milliliter, reduced (About 1 Tablespoon)|
|Cornstarch||15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)|
|Stock||60 Milliliter (About 0.25 Cup)|
1 Heat pineapple juice in a non-stick pan. Add ginger, onion and red peppers, and stir-fry 2 minutes. Add cabbage and cook covered 2 minutes. Stir in sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
2 Blend cornstarch with stock. Stir in to thicken.
