1. Cut cabbage in 3 to 4 wedges. Remove outer leaves and core. In a 2-cup casserole, place wedges with core end to inside of dish. Add water. Cover with lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave at 100% (high) 5 to 6 minutes or until tender; turn wedges over and rearrange after 3 minutes. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes. Drain.
