Buttered Cabbage

Ingredients
  Cabbage head 1 Medium, cut into quarters
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Soak cabbage in cold water until leaves are crisp, about 30 minutes; drain.
Combine cabbage, butter or margarine, and remaining ingredients in a heavy skillet; cover tightly.
Cook over low heat until cabbage is just tender, about 10 minutes
