The fast and simple kale chips

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
In a bowl, Mix together, braggs liquid aminos, olive oil, garlic powder and onion powder. Add yeast flakes and stir.
Take out spines and break the kale into pieces as per your preference.
Toss kale pieces with the mixture to get the leaves coated well.
In a pan, spread the kale and cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip the chips and cook in the oven for another 20 minutes.
Serve the chips as snack with drink.
