Butterscotch Yum Yums

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened (2 Sticks)
  Packed brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Butterscotch morsels 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream the butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the vanilla, baking soda and flour; beat well.
Add the butterscotch morsels and pecans and mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned.
