Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Quick cooking tapioca 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Bring milk to boil; add tapioca and salt and cook until clear, stirring frequently.
Melt butter, add sugar and cook until brown, then add to tapioca and cook until dissolved.
Chill and serve with whipped cream.
