|Quick cooking tapioca||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dark brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix tapioca, salt, and milk in a pan and let stand for 5 minutes.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly; for about 6 minutes, until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat.
Melt butter in a small skillet and stir in brown sugar.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring until sugar melts and bubbles for 1 minute.
Stir into tapioca mixture and add pecans.
Serve warm or chilled.
