|Batter rolls||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|For each muffin cup:|
|Brown sugar||2 Teaspoon|
|Light corn syrup||1 Tablespoon|
Prepare batter as directed in Batter Rolls.
In a small skillet combine butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup; heat slowly, stirring often.
Place 2 teaspoons of hot mixture into each cup of a 2-inch muffin pan.
Arrange a pecan half over mixture.
After batter has risen, stir down and drop by tablespoons into cups, filling half full.
Let rise till double, about 30 minutes.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool 2 to 3 minutes; invert on cooling rack; remove pan.
