Butterscotch Confections

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Safflower oil 2 Teaspoon
  Molasses 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Peanut flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Noninstant nonfat milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Oat flour 3 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Beat eggs until light and thick.
Add oil, molasses, honey, and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and nuts in a bowl.
Stir egg mixture into dry mixture.
Spread evenly in a well-greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350° about 30 minutes, or just until surface is firm to the touch.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
