|Peanut flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Noninstant nonfat milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oat flour||3 Teaspoon|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Beat eggs until light and thick.
Add oil, molasses, honey, and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and nuts in a bowl.
Stir egg mixture into dry mixture.
Spread evenly in a well-greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350° about 30 minutes, or just until surface is firm to the touch.
Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
