|Sifted all purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Butterscotch morsels||2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
1. Using electric mixer at high speed, beat together diet margarine and sugar in medium bowl until creamy; beat in vanilla extract. With mixer at low speed, stir in sifted flour, baking powder and salt; blend thoroughly.
2. Form into roll, 1 1/2 inches in diameter; wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap. Chill for at least 8 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 400Â° F.
4. Cut cookie roll into 54-inch slices. Place on cookie sheet with nonstick finish. Sprinkle with chopped butterscotch morsels. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool.
