Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Pound
  Butter 3 Ounce
  Golden syrup 2 Ounce (Roger's)
  Lemon essence 4 Drop
Directions

In a sauce pan add butter, sugar syrup and lemon essence.
When nearly done, add 2 tablespoons vinegar.
