Butterscotch Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cream of tartar 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Coconut 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
Directions

Cream sugar and shortening and add eggs.
Add sifted dry ingredients and vanilla.
Make batter into 2 rolls.
Chill in refrigerator overnight.
Cut in slices and bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown.
