Honey Zucchini Butterscotch
|Zucchini||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Butterscotch flavoring||2 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry powdered skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Ice cubes||6 , crushed|
Put all ingredients in blender, except ice cubes.
Zoom until well blended.
Add crushed ice cubes, one at a time, with blender on high, until shake is thick.
This may take 5 to 7 cubes, depending on ice cube size.
Work quickly for a really thick shake.
Serve at once.
Chocolate: same as butterscotch, but use 2 teaspoons chocolate flavoring extract.
