Ingredients
  Buttermilk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon sherbet 1 Pint
  Cinnamon sugar 1 Teaspoon (To Sprinkle)
Directions

MAKING
1. In an electric blender, combine buttermilk and half the sherbet, cover and beat till smooth

SERVING
2. Pour into four glasses top with the remaining sherbet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving
