A refreshing drink to beat the heat! Nothing better than Buttermilk...quick and easy anytime drink that would recharge you.
|Nonfat dry milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)|
|Buttermilk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a jug, combine milk with water.
2) Add the buttermilk and salt and stir till mixed.
3) Place a lid and stand at room temperature for several hours.
4) Stir till smooth.
5) Refrigerate till serving time.
6) Serve chilled.
