Peppermint Buttermilk

Ingredients
  Peppermint stick candy 2 Ounce (4 small sticks)
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttermilk 3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled
Directions

Crush the peppermint candy as fine as possible; then pour boiling water over it and let stand until cold and candy is dissolved.
Add buttermilk and shake or beat until thoroughly blended.
