|Buttermilk||1 Pint, chilled|
|Dry milk solids||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Spray Process)|
|Grape juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chilled|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Put buttermilk into a mixing bowl, sprinkle the dry milk solids over the surface, and beat until smooth with a rotary egg beater.
Add remaining ingredients, whip until frothy and serve immediately; or cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Whip again just before pouring.
