Grape Buttermilk

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Pint, chilled
  Dry milk solids 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Spray Process)
  Grape juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chilled
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄16 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put buttermilk into a mixing bowl, sprinkle the dry milk solids over the surface, and beat until smooth with a rotary egg beater.
Add remaining ingredients, whip until frothy and serve immediately; or cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Whip again just before pouring.
