Chocolate Buttermilk Ice

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 1 Quart
  Baking chocolate 2 Ounce, melted
  Granulated sugar replacement 3 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl.
Pour into a freezer tray or metal baking dish.
Freeze until mushy and slightly frozen around the edges of the tray.
Return to large mixing bowl and beat until the mixture is light.
