Oven baked buttermilk chicken is a simple yet flavorful chicken recipe. Coated with an egg and buttermilk mix, the chicken is coated with a seasoned flour mix. Baked with butter, it comes out moist and tender.
Ingredients
  Golden onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chicken 3 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

Preheat oven to 425 °.
Combine golden onion recipe soup mix with flour; set aside.
Beat eggs with buttermilk.
Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture, then flour mixture, coating well.
Place in large shallow baking pan, on rack, and chill 30 minutes.
Drizzle with butter, then bake 45 minutes or until done.
