Orange Buttermilk Drink

Orange buttermilk drink is a fruity and delicious drink. Flavored with ginger for a zippy taste, it is sweetened with honey. Blended till frothy, it can be served with garnish or rim decorations of choice.
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon

In an electric blender or food processor, combine the buttermilk, orange juice, honey, and ginger, and whirl for 1 minute or until frothy.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
