Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate squares 2 Ounce, broken into small pieces (2 Squares, 1 Ounce Each)
  Unsalted butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened (2 Sticks)
  Orange liqueur 1 Tablespoon (Such As Grand Marnier)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, mix sugar, flour, and salt. Whisk in milk until combined. Add chocolate and cook over medium-low heat, whisking frequently until smooth and thick and chocolate is melted, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
