Butter Cream

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Powdered sugar 16 Ounce, sifted (1 Package)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chocolate flavored candy coating 10 Ounce
Directions

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Stir in milk, vanilla, and salt.
Chill several hours or until firm.
Shape into 3/4 inch balls.
Place candy coating in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until coating melts.
Dip each ball of candy into coating.
Place on wax paper to cool
