Sifted powdered sugar
2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
4 Teaspoon (1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon)
Cream butter at medium speed of an electric mixer; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Add cocoa and milk; beat until spreading consistency.
Stir in vanilla.
Decorate on cake or cupcake.
