Lamb Patties With Summer Squash

Lamb Patties With Summer Squash has a great taste. The fresh marjoram leaves gives the fresh marjoram leaves a refreshing taste.
Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 Pound
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 Small, cut into fourths
  Green pepper 1 Small, sliced
  Summer squash 1 Small, cut into 0.5 inch slices
  Snipped marjoram leaves/1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves 1 Tablespoon (Fresh)
Directions

Mix lamb, garlic salt and pepper.
Shape into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
Arrange on microwavable rack in microwavable dish.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 4 minutes.
Arrange vegetables on and around lamb; sprinkle with marjoram.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave 4 minutes; rotate rack 1/2 turn.
Microwave until vegetables are crisp tender and lamb is done, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
