Lamb Patties With Summer Squash
|Ground lamb||1 Pound|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onions||2 Small, cut into fourths|
|Green pepper||1 Small, sliced|
|Summer squash||1 Small, cut into 0.5 inch slices|
|Snipped marjoram leaves/1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves||1 Tablespoon (Fresh)|
Mix lamb, garlic salt and pepper.
Shape into 4 patties, each about 1/2 inch thick.
Arrange on microwavable rack in microwavable dish.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 4 minutes.
Arrange vegetables on and around lamb; sprinkle with marjoram.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave 4 minutes; rotate rack 1/2 turn.
Microwave until vegetables are crisp tender and lamb is done, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
