Scott's Abalone Burgers
|Dry bread crumbs||375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Green pepper||1 Small|
|Ground abalone meat||1 Pound (500 Grams)|
|Mayonnaise||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Minced fresh parsley||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
In a medium bowl beat the egg and add the next 3 ingredients.
Brown the abalone meat in a little butter or margarine in a skillet.
Drain carefully and add to the egg and onion mixture.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill the mixture for 1 hour.
Form into small cakes and fry in hot oil. (or saute in a heavy skillet.)
