Beef And Bacon Cheeseburgers
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Cracker crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients, except bacon.
Mix well and shape into 12 patties.
Use about 1/3 cup of mixture for each pattie.
Wrap each pattie with a slice of bacon and fasten with a toothpick.
Bake in shallow pan at 400 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
Serve piping hot with vegetables.
