Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Onion soup mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients into a homogeneous mixture.
Shape mixture into 8 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Broil or grill 4 inches from heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 to 15 minutes.
