This Braunburgers surprises you with the flavors packed into it. For those who loves the strong taste of the deadly combination of beef and liver sausages, this is defintely the dish for you. Try this for once, I bet, you will get a lot of compliments for this one!!
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Braunschweiger sausage 1⁄4 Pound (Liver)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients.
Shape mixture into 5 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Broil or grill 4 inches from heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 to 15 minutes
