Caraway Burgers

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Caraway seed 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Beer 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients except beer.
Shape mixture into 6 patties, about 1 inch thick.
Place in ungreased baking dish, 10x6x 13/4 inches.
Pour beer over patties; cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours (the meat may turn gray).
Remove patties from marinade.
Broil or grill 4 inches from heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 15 to 20 minutes.
