|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Canned peas/Diced carrots||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can Of 8 Ounces)|
|Potato||1 Medium, pared and shredded|
|Shredded processed american cheese/Shredded processed cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (4 Ounces)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Pie crust mix/Pie crust sticks||11 Ounce (1 Package Of 11 Ounces)|
Heat oven to 375Â°.
Cook and stir meat and onion in large skillet until meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients except pie crust mix and set aside.
Prepare pastry for two crust pie as directed on package.
Divide dough into 8 equal parts.
Roll each part on floured surface into a 7 inch circle.
On halfofeach circle, spread about 1/2 cup meat mixture (packed) to within 1/2 inch of edge.
Moisten edge of pastry with water.
Fold pastry over filling, sealing edges with fork.
Place on un greased baking sheet; prick tops with fork.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
You can serve these as sandwiches or, if you prefer, place on plates and top with a favorite gravy or sauce.
