  Egg yolks 2
  Fine dry bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Ground fully cooked ham 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Package cream cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce, softened (1/2 Of A 3 Ounce Package)
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg whites 2
  Cream of tartar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese/1 ounce swiss cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bagels 6 , toasted

Microwave directions: In a large mixing bowl combine egg yolks, crumbs, the 2 tablespoons milk, pepper, and thyme.
Add ham and pork; mix well.
Shape into six 3 1/2 inch thick patties.
Place patties in a 12x7 1/2x2 inch nonmetal microwave-safe baking dish.
Micro cook, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) for 3 minutes.
Turn patties; give dish a half-turn.
Micro cook, uncovered, for 4 to 6 minutes more or till nearly done.
Meanwhile, stir together cream cheese, the 1 tablespoon milk, and mustard; set aside.
In a small mixer bowl beat egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer on high speed till stiff peaks form (tips stand straight).
Fold cream cheese mixture and the 1/4 cup shredded cheese into egg whites.
Spoon one-sixth of the egg white mixture over each patty.
Micro cook the patties, uncovered, on 100% power (HIGH) about 2 minutes or till egg mixture is soft-set and no longer glossy and patties are well done, giving dish a half turn once.
