Barbecue Hamburger Patties
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Catsup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Mix meat, onion and salt.
Shape mixture into 6 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Brown patties in large skillet over medium-high heat, turning once.
Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Drain off fat.
Mix catsup, chili sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice; pour over patties.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes, spooning sauce onto patties occasionally.
Serve the sauce over patties.
