Sloppy Joe Burgers
|Onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Melt butter or margarine in blazer pan of chafing dish over direct high flame.
Add onion and meat; cook until meat is gray, stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients; mix, cover, and cook until meat and onions are tender, about 30 minutes.
Serve between bun.
