Burger Pizza

The burger pizza is a meat pizza prepared with tomato sauce and oregano for flavor. Made with biscuit dough, it is topped with cooked and ground chuck meat and flavored with garlic salt, oregano and tomato sauce along with cheese strips. Baked and served hot, the burger pizza is filling and easily prepared.
Ingredients
  Biscuit mix 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground chuck 1 Pound
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1/4 lb.swiss cheese (cut in 1 inch strips) Prepare biscuit dough according to package directions.
Roll flat into pizza pan and brush with vegetable oil.
Brown beef and mix in salt, pepper, garlic salt, oregano and tomato sauce.
Place over dough.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Arrange cheese strips on top like spokes of wheel.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
Cut into wedges.
Serve hot.
