Dijon Chicken Burgers
|Ground chicken||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped scallion||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
Combine the chicken, mustard, scallion, salt and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
Shape into patties.
Chill, covered, for about 1 hour until very cold.
Brush the patties with olive oil.
Grill over hot coals for about 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once.
