Salad Burgers

The Salad Burgers is more like the conventional burgers, however you can make it your own version by adding ingredients of your choice. I do that quite often and believe me the Salad Burger varieties are a hit among my friends. Just check out the recipe of Salad Burgers listed here.
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1 Large, diced
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, thinly sliced
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Hamburger buns 8 , split and toasted

Advance preparation:
Mix vinegar, sugar, 1/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add vegetables.
Cover; chill.

Before serving:
Mix meat, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; shape into 8 patties.
Broil 3 inches from heat till done, about 10 minutes, turning once.
Place on bottoms of buns.
Drain vegetable mixture; spoon onto patties.
Add bun tops.
Serves 8.
